Hotel Policies

Rates
Are for double occupancy and include tax, full breakfast and parking. Prices for all rooms will increase December 20, 2007 to $285 and $365 for Nomad.

Transportation
We are happy to arrange for airport transfers.

Reservation Policy
A deposit equal to fifty percent of the total cost of a reserved stay is required and will be charged to the guest's credit card at the time a reservation is confirmed. No reservation is guaranteed without this deposit.

Reserve your stay at the Oasis by phone, email or by filling out and submitting the reservation form on the left.

A two night minimum stay for advance reservations is required. We are not able to accommodate children under the age of 16. No pets please.

Cancellation Policy
We believe our cancellation policy is consistent with the other small hotels and Bed and Breakfasts in San Miguel.

We do not want to keep your deposit if you do not stay in our hotel, so, we have tried to make our cancellation policy as clear as possible. Please read our cancellation policy and ask questions if you need to.

There is no cancellation charge if you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made within 30 days or less of your check-in date.
